Royalty Empowerment owes its success to a dedicated team of exceptional staff. Our staff takes immense pride in their role, passionately supporting and guiding the youth in areas such as education, leadership, goal achievement, and critical thinking.
To ensure the highest standards of care and mentorship, we prioritize candidates who exhibit genuine compassion for their local community, and prior experience in working with children. With every candidate, we conduct a thorough background check to ensure suitability and safety.
Presently, our team comprises ten devoted men and women who closely engage with the youth under our care. Recognizing the dynamic nature of our work, Royalty Empowerment offers ongoing training and support to equip our team members effectively. This ensures that the staff are well-prepared to engage with and positively impact the youth.

"K-Man" - Founder & Director
Kaylin "K-Man" Drewrey is a young philanthropist and founder of Royalty Empowerment, a non-profit dedicated to empowering troubled youth. Once a troubled teen himself, K-Man overcame numerous challenges to become a leader in his community. With over 10 years of experience, he has built a strong team that mentors young men, helping them develop the skills needed to thrive in society. Royalty Empowerment organizes impactful events such as traveling basketball games, back-to-school drives, Christmas giveaways, and college tours, all with the support of local officials, police, fire departments, and celebrities.
K-Man’s philosophy, "Kids don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care," reflects his deep commitment to the youth he serves. He often uses his personal resources to ensure young men have the tools they need to succeed. As Royalty Empowerment expands nationwide, K-Man’s mission to provide resources and support to young men in underserved communities continues to grow, transforming lives and strengthening communities.

As COO, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that everything aligns with our mission and goals.
